Terms and conditions

Payments
Fairy Realms processes payments as "WebMagic" via PayPal.
You can use any credit card and do not need to have a PayPal account.

Shipping and Handling
Fairy Realms do not charge for postage and packing on UK mainland orders.
If you wish to place an order outside the UK please ask us to confirm your shipping cost before placing your order.

Delivery
Fairy Realms will try to despatch your order the same day if received before twelve noon.
Please allow up to four days for receipt of your order, if you have not received your order in that time please get in touch with us.

For international orders please allow at least 10 days for receipt.

Fairy Realms will send email confirmation of when your order has been processed.

Out of Stock Items
Fairy Realms will not take orders for out of stock items, if there is something you have previously ordered which is not showing in our store, please get in touch and we will see if it still available.

Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are not held on our computer and are processed via PayPal's own payments gateway.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order we will either replace or refund to the value of your order. Please note that you must notify us, by using our contact form, within seven days to qualify for a refund/replacement.
All items returned to Fairy Realms must be in a saleable condition. Fairy Realms are unablet refund the cost of return postage to Fairy Realms.
